30-Day Free Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return most items for a full refund. We make it simple by offering free returns for both online and in-store purchases.
- In-Store Purchases: Items purchased at any Callaway retail location can be returned to any store with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Online Purchases: Items purchased online can be returned by mail at no cost or returned in-store with your order confirmation or packing slip.
180-Day Free Exchanges
If you need a different size, model, or product, we offer free exchanges within 180 days of purchase:
- In-Store Exchanges: Bring your item to any Callaway store with your receipt for a quick exchange.
- Online Exchanges: Online purchases can be exchanged by mail or in-store at no additional cost. Please include your order confirmation for faster processing.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- All tags, accessories, and included components must be intact.
- Items received damaged or defective are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable
- Used or personalized/customized products
Refund Process
- In-Store Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment at the time of return.
- Online Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received, and credited to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange a free return or replacement.
